Shipping policy

Processing can take about 5-8 business days as most items are made to order and hand wrapped. 

Delivery typically takes 4-5 days for standard and 2-3 days for priority. Alaska and Hawaii; standard shipping can take up to 3-4 weeks.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging using plain colored boxes (white or brown) and "A Shopify Shop" as the return address name. 

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Shipping to all continental US states as well as Alaska and Hawaii. UPS will be utilized when needed for specific addresses. 

You will receive a tracking number to reference once your order has shipped. 

Heatwave Books is not responsible for missing packages once they are scanned as "delivered" by USPS. Please be sure to contact your local USPS for any issues regarding lost or stolen packages.
